1. Full Refund (100%)

Available within 7 days of payment IF:

  • No work has started

  • No kickoff call has occurred

  • Request submitted in writing

Refund processed within 14 business days.

2. Performance Guarantee (50% Refund)
We guarantee:

Minimum 200 hours saved within 90 days
If not achieved:

  • 50% refund issued

  • We continue optimizing at no charge


Conditions:

  • Systems used as trained

  • No unauthorized modifications

  • Monitoring access maintained

3. No Refund Scenarios

No refunds if:

  • The project has started (after Day 7)

  • Client changes mind

  • Systems not used properly

  • Systems modified without approval

4. Cancellation Policy

Before Start (Days 1–7)

  • Full refund available

During Build (Days 8–60)

  • No refund

  • Client keeps completing work

Support Period (Days 61–90)

  • No refund

  • Guarantee still applies

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • We will dispute with full documentation

  • Access to systems may be revoked

  • Relationship terminated
