All services are governed by:

• Scope of Work (SOW)

• Refund Policy

3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the authority to enter into agreements

• Operate a legitimate business

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Payments

• All fees are outlined in your Service Agreement

• Payments must be made on time

• Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest

• Work may be paused if payments are overdue

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Grant necessary access to systems

• Respond on time

• Use services lawfully

  
  Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

• You own your business data and brand

• Upon full payment, you own the custom systems delivered

• Obsireus retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and frameworks
  

You may not:

• Resell systems

• Reverse-engineer our processes

• Use systems to create competing services

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

We are not liable for:

• Lost profits

• Business interruption

• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Termination

Either party may terminate per the agreed policies.

Upon termination:

• You receive completed work

• Outstanding payments remain due

• Confidentiality obligations continue

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dubai DIFC law.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to new clients only.
